IIRC, a similar problem occured 2 to 3 weeks ago with another thread, where the "permissions" were only set for Mods to see it. This lead to confusion with various users - some Mods, some not - saying "But I can see it!" and "It's not there!"

That thread was the subject of a good deal of polemic and was pulled for review. It's not a permissions problem in the same sense as the other one was.
