Hi @tursiops

Thanks for doing all the legwork regarding the TTS. I only do no stop dives and light deco. I do not use TTS and it is not on my home screen. I dive rec mode and use SurfGF to pad my safety stop when I am very close to the NDL or to pad my deco stop.

So, a related issue. Is the safety stop factored into a no stop dive when doing a dive very close/up to the NDL? I have had a Teric since 2019 and asked this question of Shearwater a couple of years ago. I was told the safety stop is not considered in the ascent as it is not required. If you dive up to the NDL and then make a direct ascent to the surface at 10 m/33 ft per min, you will surface with a GF very close to your GF high. A safety stop will lower the surfacing GF. Given what you say about TTS, is this still true? In my simple diving, I have not paid enough attention to test this. I spend my attention ensuring my desired surfacing GF.

Are you using it in REC mode?
Nope. But TTS is a field in my tech mode. It would be odd if the parameters were treated differently in tech mode for an NDL dive.
Have you found that SS is ignored in TTS in Tech mode? Did you already document that above and I missed it?
