The 18# is nothing like the Batwing, the batwing is a horseshoe style wing whereas the OxyCheg is a donut wing with inside gussets so the profile is extremely low and all the bouyancy characteristics are different because when you inflate the wing the gussets expand around the cylinder keeping a tight profile, the wing doesn't inflate against your body and all the lift is closer to your centerline. I appreciate your choice of a doubles wing for more serious diving but not all people choose to take the doubles route as singles meet their needs.
