Pen PM1 blank screen then flashing Icon

After taking a picture the led on my PM1 goes blank for several seconds then a small flashing red icon which appears to be a sheet of paper- something square anyway- starts blinking in the upper left hand corner. Is there anyone here that could tell me what it is and how to stop it?? I can't find my camera manual. Thanks.

Thanks Casinova. It was the card reader and after resetting the settings it appears all is well.
