Can you tell me if your box has wheels, the foam, and the handle?

It has wheels, foam and a handle but it also has the top organizer which is riveted onto the top lid. The foam is not the full pluck out foam but instead foam which just covers the bottom of the box to help pad your things from the bottom of the box. I hope that helps.
