I have temporarily moved the Peacock accident thread off the board.
I am going to split that thread, and move all the great discussion that doesn't fit the rules of this forum back over to the cave forum, and then bring back the parts that fit the special rules back here.
Please be patient - It's a slow process - my ETA for completion is sometime tonight (Sunday - Central time).
If you have a burning desire to post on the Peacock accident please just hold it in abeyance until I can get this done.
Thanks,
Rick

I ended up splitting it four ways...
The four threads are
Peacock Springs Fatality - Accidents & Incidents
Peacock Springs - Cave Diving
Possible lessons from Peacock - Cave diving
Accountability in accidents - Basic Scuba Discussions

Bobby F:
As I had promised I am posting now that the incident report has been released. The report may not be copied so you will have to go to the web site.

Bobby
Well it gives some concrete facts. Thanks to those who recoverd him and prep'd the report.

From the report, he had written on his slate the following:

"2900,12:08 12:15 1600, 12:41 1500, 2400/3, made a big mistake not breathing stage"

Can anyone explain the meaning of the psi and time entries?

Thanks,

Mike
