PDC Covid test recommendations?

This is the location I'm planning to use as it's the closest to where I'll be staying. Was appointment needed and if you did the PCR test, was it fairly uncomfortable the way they did it?

no appointment needed. just walked up and they told me how to register by scanning the QR code to fill out information. after that walked right in and got swabbed. super nice and smiling people.
as for the test (antigen) it was painless. I mean still super weird as it feels like getting your brain tickled.

I just came back from Cozumel and Playa del Carmen. Used Mavelsa clinic on the 5th Ave walkway in Playa. No appointment needed even for PCR test. Cost was $90 US and got the results back by email in 10 hours.
