My better half spent a day typing them up from a hard copy we got from a mate at the dive congress. We got sick of looking for them on the net.

But, it would be a good idea for one (or more) of the PCSSD officers to be sent a copy for them to varify this on this post. Importantly, they can post a newer version if there have been revisions.
