Dove the PC Jetties today, got there a bit after exact hide tide. Current was slack, but viz was 10-15max. No Jellyfish though, thankfully. The lagoon is cut in half do to the beach building dredging going on. Its getting quite shallow. Didnt see anything to special, though I did see a butterfly fish, which is new to me there.

After that we drove over to Morrison, and while my friends said it was great, the water was nearly up to the wall and tannic. We decided not to dive, but my friends said later they had gone in earlier and after the first 7ft it cleared up. Ah well.

Thanks for the report, we had 15'-20' of vis here in Gulf Shores off our jetties today, so I'm glad I didn't make any longer trips :) Dredging here too, probably could have been alot better.

Last time we dove Morrison it looked tannic too. After descending 3' the water cleared to about 30' of visibility in the general viscinity around the basin. T'was quite weird, but made for some pretty nifty visuals while looking up at the sun as our bubbles pushed clear spring water past the tannic doo-doo!
