Ok, I'll buy you a Libation of your choice (or multiples) the next time I see you. Heck, maybe even lunch!

I was gonna hold out for those new steel tanks you got earlier this year :)

It's interesting that I was considering a set of Tusa Fins from DS just last week.

IIRC, it was a Tusa Reg?

No... it was the new XS Scuba regulator. From what I've read, this is
a pretty darn good regulator. Even Scuba Diving magazine ranked it very
high, up there with the Aqualungs, etc... (and Scuba Diving magazine
in my opinion is typically "biased" towards their LARGE advertisers, so for
them to actually endorse something well from a company that doesn't
do "full page color ads" is a pretty good statement about this regulator.

I was wrong.... I went and picked up your regulator today. it was a cheap "SEA ELITE" regulator. I'll ship it to you. Just PM me your address.

(wow... I really like my new XS Scuba Tri-Metal... it's sweet.)

Cool. I'll put it through its paces. Like I did with the Zeagle/Oceanic combo this weekend. I've read all the reviews, but haven't heard much "on the street" about XS Scuba. If they really are IDI re-invented, the IDI low-end regs failed to breathe at 66 feet, but the IDI tri-metal had good performance. I think they were made offshore.

I'm not sure where they were made, but I've seen in several places people
state that they were the IDI (tri-metal) regs "re-made. As for the breathing
tests, I haven't used one, but the Scuba Diving magazine has had two
reviews of it in the past 2-4 months. One in their yearly regulator review
issue ( a few months ago) and the other in the "Muscle regulator" review
I think last month.

The "Muscle Regulators" article/review doesn't appear to be online yet
on their website... (I've noticed they take for ever to publish an article
online that they had in print. I guess they are trying to make you buy
the magazine).
