Yes and it's a good thing, Illegal aliens in Mexico don't have access to Vaccine. A friend may come up and visit me for a few days to at least get single shot

YES! Quite a lot of them have now. I know a number of people. I think I even know a Canadian that lives in MX that flew to the US for a vaccine. To my way of thinking that is fine. We seem to have plenty available in lot of places.
