I am trying to upgrade my two G250s and keep a supply of annual replacement parts on hand but finding parts is a little difficult. I am from the US and I have found some parts and kits on eBay but the prices seem a little inflated. Would it be better to find a supplier overseas that can offset the cost of shipping by selling at a normal retail or discounted price, or just stick with eBay and be glad the parts are still out there? I am open to recommendations. If someone here sells scubapro parts I can provide a small list of parts I am looking for.

Scubagaskets.com has a pretty good selection of both Scubapro brand and aftermarket copies. (Not sure if they have any SP brand kits for the G250?) Their prices are pretty reasonable and shipping is not at all expensive. They definitely have aftermarket service kits and individual seats for that reg.

“Upgrade” seems to infer you’re looking for the new swing poppet and the long crown balanced chamber, maybe even a lever

Do note that the barrel itself, the knob, and the Venturi flow-vane are NLA (but you might get lucky through a halcyon parts/service dealer as the Halo is essentially a g250V)
And ofcourse the case 😅

Divedepo.eu (out of Estonia), among other places do have them
Another source is @buddhasummer

I’m based in the EU so shipping from multiple sources is not bank breaking, I get my parts from various places:
GiDive store for tophat LP seat (they have oem ones)
Scubagaskets for oring batches (their other parts are aftermarket not oem)
A few orifices from DiveDepo (metal and plastic; oem)
JonasDive shop supplied me with a diaphragm and a few poppets (oem; their website used to list parts individually, but now they have a “contact us with what you need” item for Scubapro)
Some other local shops for service kits (I did that before I found sources for individual parts)

I also got from Buddha a couple 141 levers, springs, and orifices (all OEM)

If you tell me what you need exactly I can maybe help arrange a “care package”

My main interest is the balance chamber #11.150.102 (2)
poppet assembly #11.250.015 (1)
in addition I would eventually like to have:
seat #11.250.221 (4)
conical filter #01.028.109 (6)
mk10 kit 10.500.45 (2)
g250 kit 11.254. 045 (2)

I see most of these parts on eBay but the prices just feel inflated. The chamber and s-wing poppet go for $15 plus shipping and the aftermarket filters and orange lp seats from Trident seem overpriced on eBay. I've looked overseas but the shipping is the problem.

Scubapro parts are expensive. I found a bunch of kits and parts in Dahab. I order from VDH when my friend was still with us. I scrounge parts here and there even from the trash. I used to have a connection to purchase but the store closed thanks to the C word. I have also gotten parts from Scubagaskets. I forget who made these charts (awap and couv?). The S-wing poppet, seat, lever, orifice etc. fit across several models even up to the G260 of today.

I forget who made these charts (awap and couv?).
I was just lurking on these threads not so long ago prepping for a big oring/part order
I believe Couv, Awap (who I only know as redacted) and Zung that kept updating it

I'll be looking for a venturi vane for one soon.
For a g250? Or different variant (HP/V)?
I remember trying them and not being able to fit the newer one in the OG 250 (I think it has to do with the circlip)

For the newer models they are the same part as the 260 AFAIK (gotta double check)

These might be NLA — I’m not entirely sure
Either they’re still in use for small mouthpiece regs (like the 380) or you’d have to scavenge one from an R190
I just confirmed that the 260 one doesn’t fit (too long) in a r190

I’ll do some more schematic/part searching
