Part number for DIN conversion FDX10

I have a Delta IV/FDX 10 that I need to convert to DIN. What is the part number?

Is there a O2 compatible parts kits that is different from the normal parts kits?

can you do it with simply a kit, or do you need to replace the entire first stage?

I know you just unscrew the yoke and add the DIN wheel to it...
