Looking for some information on wreck diving in Palau. I've got one, maybe two, long trips left in me and my dive buddy and I want to see a few more rusty ships. From what I have read, there are a number in Palau that are worthy of diving. Can someone out there give me some recommendations on dive operators that do more than one dive on the Iro? Looking for an operator that allows for higher capacity tanks, optimized gas mixes and hopefully allow for a few planned deco dives if the plan requires. Thanks!

Contact Fish n' Fins or SamsTours Dive-Ops some months ahead of your planned visit to see if they have the necessary tech equipment/tanks/gas blending support & logistics that you require (otherwise you will have to reserve in advance -especially Helium & Oxygen supplies).

Otherwise, I recommend Truk Lagoon over Palau instead for the larger number of un-touched/non-salvaged WWII wrecks with more interesting cargo & artifacts, and better tech diving support (Truk Lagoon Dive Center or Blue Lagoon Dive Shop --they usually have Oxygen and Helium readily available for blending there onsite for the individual travelling technical wreck diver, although larger groups should call ahead to make sure there is enough gas supply allocated for all). . .

Saw this article on X-Ray magazine last week Wrecks of Palau Liveaboard Adventure 2017 | X-Ray Mag its about a specific trip in 2017 but looks like
Siren Fleet's Palau Siren is offering a few wreck specials to allow divers to explore more of the wrecks in Malakal harbour as well as the key sites like Blue Corner and New Drop Off. Check out the trip info on their website Next trip is scheduled for 6th June!

Talk to Chris at Palau Dive Adventures. We're planning on going back for two weeks in late October and have already talked to him about hitting several wrecks, spread out so our spouses don't complain too much. They've got some not normally visited as well as many of the usual ones. One of my buddies joining us is a very serious wreck diver and seemed quite pleased with what PDA is talking
