Anyone have any thoughts about one over the other?

I have read some of the threads about Tubbataha last year and the trip report for April indicated that vis wasn't terrific and the overall trip was just "okay" with an indication that others were of the opinion that the fish population has really decreased since a couple of years ago.....true or urban myth?

I also heard that the Tristar sunk during the typhoon and from what I can tell, this was one of the best liveaboards for Tubbataha.

Your opinions have really helped me in the past so looking for any input!

Many thanks in advance!
