Thanks guys, you will have a grand time ;)
I sure miss Palau...

I highly recommend the Ocean Hunter- they were absolutely fabulous. Only fault I have is that I should have booked the 10 day instead of the 7 day :-)
Be forewarned- we spoke to a lot of people that did "day trips". They said they got in max 3 dives in a day- most of it was getting from one place to the other and they didn't get to Peleiu because it was too far. We did 5 per day! Other beni's for the OH- no tender to get to the dive site. Just go to the stern, buckle up, and do a giant stride. Also, there were only 5 of us, so it wasn't a big group in the water. We also drew less depth, so we were able to go places the aggressor couldn't get into. Food was awesome, the accomdations were roomy, and the DMs were great! I'm planning another return trip to OH as we speak...

lvignerot, we are in the midst of booking for 07 on the Ocean Hunter I. Having a little angst over the cost, so any other glowing information/details you have would help rationalize this trip.

Thanks

That was an awesome trip report! Thanks!! Just the perfect thing to get me excited about Yap and Palau (as if I weren't already excited enough), but more importantly to reassure me that I made the right decision in choosing to dive with BBE and Beyond the Reef. I just wish I had more than 3 days in Yap...

If Terry and Gat are still there, tell them the Blue Marble Divers from Maryland (epecially Valli)said hi! We had a great time with them last June. Gat is a total riot. A Filipino Robin Williams.

Maybe this is too late, but BBE was great last year. I felt that it was a very good value. The boat has been refurbished, very nice. Diving was great. Loved the Corner. The staff was fun, friendly and very helpful. Warm towels after every dive. Food was very good. margie

Definitely not too late. I've already booked, but it was with BBE, so I was very happy to hear that you had an enjoyable experience!!

Two weeks and counting...
