We're planning to go back to Palau in October, and I asked Chris from PDA about the drought. Here's what he said in an email earlier today:
If we are still in a drought in October, Palau will a third world country by then with the limited water. We will get rain by July, so, should be very good by October. Got some rain the last couple days, which helps
