Pair Fail Multiple times on wrist mount

I have a Mares Genius Dive Computer that uses a computer chip and transmitter from Uwatec.

Just recently the tank pressure won't display. When I try to pair the transmitter and computer the computer does start to "Pair" but then Fails". I've tried multiple times and it still fails. I know the computer has batteries left from the display. I would think the transmitter does too since the battery in the transmitter should last quite a bit longer than on the computer.

Does anyone have any ideas on why the Pairing keeps failing?

On the computer while it is flashing "Pair" you must press the bottom and I think middle button to confirm the pair, anyway it is in the instructions on Uwatecs Website
