Open waters can they dive at 35 meters
Isn't there a limit at 18 meters fo OW...
I personnaly don't feel any anger of going over non deco rules.
But just don't push it to far and alays make a dive plan ( and also an alternative dive plan if exeeding depth and/or bottom time)
I also think you HAVE to KEEP your DIVE TABLES with you while diving and controle you dive with a computer.
The computer is not the master of your dive.
For doco dives you really need experience and don't ness with that deco game before really knowing the rules.
Get certified ( PADI....)
