I'm planning on taking the Rescue Diver training soon. I put a deposit at one place and got the books and DVD, I've already done the book work. I can only do weekends and it's been 6 weeks since I paid my deposit, and it looks like it could be some time before they have a weekend class for me to take (like a few more months). Most of their rescue classes are weekdays.

Can anyone recommend a good place in Tampa to take the class, preferably one that teaches it on weekends.

Thanks!

I got my Rescue through Calypso Divers - They are usually very flexible with the study review times and pool time. They are currently building their own pool but for now they use the local YMCA.

I can't teach rescue yet, But I can teach you the EFR you'll need as a pre-req to take the rescue class, and I'll do it for 1/2 what a shop charges...

EDIT: For the Rescue class itself, I would agree with Polarbearben that Calypso would be a great choice.
