When is this gonna be implemented in Asia?
Is there new OW manual?Digital? Smartphones app?
Is the e-learning process will change into a new name for it? what is it?

There is a new manual, video, Instr materials. The Tablet version is called Touch.

My question is what does everyone think about the changes outlined in the current Undersea Journal about the upcoming changes. I have very mixed feelings on some of these changes.
