When taking your DM course, watch closely to how your instructor teaches and operates his courses. Pay attention to the good things he does and to the things you wouldnt do to create your own teaching style. Also, when teaching students, keep it simple, and keep it about them. The idea is to make them comfortable with themselves, not to make them comfortable with you. Also, have fun with it.
