Ah yea I’d not bring the big bsac logbook either.

I log on the mybsac website now if I need to show my diver grade.

The website works. Even has a recent Photo of me. The bsac phone app not so much.

The PADI site I was able to update the photo, from hair with colour to much thinner grey.
Anyway , the site works and the e cards were free.

This all seems silly. What's the point of an e-card anyway? Why can't people just log into the web site and show a simple list of certs? It seems like a solution looking for a problem to solve.

I keep think of those places I've been where there was no internet, and no trust of some picture on some phone. I'll just take plastic with me, thanks.

53 dollars for a plastic card? Someone needs to contact the board of directors and fix this. That is just stupid. No excuse. Gives PADI a black eye.

I have had students say that if they don't download the e-card within 30 days they end up with no plastic card and or ecard unless they pay $50. That must be a mistake.

E-card have always been free for me. Photo on my phone of the physical cards has always worked with dive operators
