Lol. They picked the wrong guy  The app has been deleted.
Yeah, I'm going to delete the app too. Normally I'd love to pay $250 for electronic images of 5 cards I've already paid for, but in this economy I'll have to settle for a free scanned image that works just as well. :)

And in the process save $58 for each e-card for which you already paid $60 each to get a plastic card …in this economy

A related question, just slightly off topic. My younger son was certified Junior AOW, many years ago (2007), so his card still reports this certification.
Now he would like to have a card without the "junior".
Do you suggest that he asks for the new plastic card whilst they are still available, or is it better he asks for the new E-card?
I suppose the latter should be cheaper.
But is it going to be recognised the same as a physical card?

While on one level I recognize PADI produces 1000s of divers who then move on to more organized, more focused training (ergo, PADI probably provides some level of buoyancy to other certifying organizations), on another level I shake my head in disbelief in how an organization with such noble roots can be such a mess.

It’s somewhat like observing the transformation of a genuinely attractive actor or actress going from their prime landing starring roles to becoming a disheveled, shameless wreck of a person with ill-timed or awkward efforts to stay famous.
