Is any one here familiar with this brand of boat? Im looking at a 32 ' model as an extra Incentive to buying a house.

They were a mid tier boat at best. They are known to have some structural moisture issues. If it's coming free with the house, it may not be bad. I would recommend having the boat surveyed so you can get an idea of the condition and the amount of repair dollars it may need.

Thanks for the info, yes it is coming with the house. im just not sure what specific model it may be. it was kind of a fluke at best that it even became part of the offer I
made an off the cuff comment to the broker " through in the boat and we have a deal" I said it as a joke but after a few rounds of negotiations it became part of the offer.
Who knew? I know that It's value is enough to cover the differance between my offer and the asking price. I think it would make a nice dive boat / family boat.
