My extreme exposure valve is leaking water in through the valve itself, so i need to replace it. Is there any way to get it off the suit without cutting it out, patching the hole and installing a new valve?

You should be able to replace the whole thing using the same hole in the suit. I've removed mine twice from my DUI trilam. First time to try and fix something. Second time to replace it with a new one.

Gently coerce it off without damaging the material around it. Then thoroughly remove the old sealing material. Install new one per instructions.
