OK, for the record:

Si Tech pee valve barb.

The OD is 0.25"
The OD of the barbs are 0.27"
The ID is 0.195"

I looked up the hose I currently have and it has a 0.25" ID. So I will just try a slightly smaller hose ID and see what happens. Does anybody know if the barb is threaded or glued into the body?
