Those two sources should get you started or at least point you in the direction of further research.
In a nut shell it’s Carbon Molecular Sieves not Zeolite that is able to separate Argon from Oxygen.

If your concentration is currently low perhaps you need to adjust the timing on your unit.

there are companies that repour the sieve beds for you, the chambers likely got wet which reduces efficacy

Interesting,
It shouldn't be hard to refill, is it?
As long as I can get my hands on some zeolite....
I have taken a small portable one apart,
And warmed it up and its alot better,
This one though has alot of hrs on it,
Like 33000hr, if its correct...

Man, no way to do this easy. O2 concentrator produce mix of relatively 95% O2 and 5% Ar. Ar AFAIK is treated as 3 more times narcotic potential than nitrogen.
you might find this thesis interesting. the way oxygen is separated from air can be used to separate argon from oxygen - just using a different adsorbent. https://core.ac.uk/download/pdf/48625661.pdf

Commercially, the separation tends to be done by fractional distillation.
