What is the difference between Oxycheq Mach V Chroma Wing and Oxycheq Mach V Signature Wing?

The only difference is the color. I have the 18 lb Chroma wing which is black with black stitching. However, there are other colors available. The extreme wing is different as it uses a more puncture resistant fabric than the normal wing which is pretty tough.

I have the regular MK V wing and like it very much. Yes, it's tough enough, but if I were to do it over I'd get a Hog. I've seen the Hog and it's very similar and appears to be just as durable. My preference is based on customer service. Oxycheq customer service = none /Hog customer service = plenty.

I'm with Couv. I like my Mach V - *plenty* tough for any diving, but the one time I needed Oxycheq customer service (not for the wing - it's been bulletproof), there was no customer service to be found.

I sent an email to Oxycheq about service. I probably should have called them. Anyway, after a few days without a response, I contacted ScubaToys since I bought the wing from them. ST responded promptly and handled my issue for a very affordable price. I believe Oxycheq lists on their site warranty/service is handled by their dealers.

Yes, it works well with Scubatoy's because they are a major dealer and provide great service. May not work so well with some smaller shops, shops that have gone out of business, or used gear. SOL

Looking at the wings I have, Halcyon, DSS, Zeagle, and Oxycheq. The Oxycheq appears to be the toughest. The fabric and the bladder seems to be thicker than the other brands. If you are looking for a 40lb singles wing Add Helium has the extreme version on close-out. I believe the extreme version was designed for wreck divers that could come in contact with sharp metal when diving rusted wrecks. The standard version is plenty tough for open water.

I never had to deal with Oxycheq. However, they seem to have a bad reputation for customer service. Unlike many other dive companies, Oxycheq does not want to deal with the end user. They prefer to deal only with dealers.
