Other Power Inflators Compatible With Zeagle Bcds?

Does anyone know whether any other brands' power inflators are compatible with a stock Zeagle BCD?

I'm in Phuket and my power inflator is stuck (gasp!). Hoping i can swap in another inflator

See if they have a tire valve (Schrader) insert. Pull out the plug with a 3/16" hex wrench and replace the valve with the appropriate tool. I love these valves.

But any valve can replace it. If you have the hose connectors, be sure to remove that part as well. Reattach the pull dump cable with the pin and use to zip ties to hold the inflater in place.

I just installed a scubapro Air2 on my GF's Zena about a week ago. Just cut the zipties that hold on the zeagle power inflator and put a new power inflator on with new zipties.

Don't forget to connect the cable inside for the pull dump.

Just the power inflator itself - yes. As long as you get one that has a pin inside for the cable that activates the shoulder dump.

You also don't need it if you don't use that dump but if you don't pulling on the inflator won't do anything - the hose at the shoulder is not attached to the dump directly.

It's sort of hard to see but I circled the hole where the pin goes. The distance to the shoulder dump has to be the same so it doesn't overstress the corrugated hose.

If replacing the whole assy. with a "Zeagle compatible" one at the shoulder dump instead - they changed the thread pattern in 2014 so match them up.
