Opportunity for DM or Instructor at Dive Resort on Singer Island

Great opportunity for DM or Instructor at Singer Island Dive Resort Hotel, the Hilton Oceanfront on Singer Island...
The plan is to open a gift and water-sports concession in the Hilton ( they want this, and we have every thing needed but the people to man this).
Down side is you would have to handle some general, non-scuba related retail purchases untill the cashflow into the Resort shop justifies adding a clerk to handle general purchases. Plus side is that this is the ideal place to be involved at the ground level in a major growth of a Dive Resort.

Assets you would have:

• You would be a satellite shop of Pura Vida Dive shop, about 900 yards away on the Island, a 5 star PADI IDC with excellent Equipment selection.
• You will be getting hotel guests interested in Tooka diving to experience the underwater world for the first time, and in gaining an Open Water certification. The Tooka is far superior to typical Resort Dive Experiences, as there is no bouyancy skill to learn, and the Instructor does all the underwater work...see the Tooka article and video....We use NASE for the Tooka Instructors ( not competitive to PADI, as they have no such offering) See Tooka article
• The now World Famous Blue Heron Bridge is essentially in the back yard of the Hilton, and good for Tooka for about 2 hours per day, with weather not particularly significant. See both Blue Heron Bridge Marine Park and also A Galapagos for Nudibranchs and the Teams studying it.
• There is a reef off of the beach--the mitigation reef, which may well be excellent for use on nice days...we will be experimenting with this over the next month.
• The hotel has a never-ending stream of people coming to the shop, interested in watersports and potentially a Tooka experience. Anyone that likes Tooka, is a great candiate for an Open water Scuba class through Pura vida ( with you involved in this)
• The shop can be grown to be a real dive shop, and better still, an Underwater Photo center! Classes, seminars, and high end prints that divers can make at the shop, from shots they took themselves.

Thanks Pete, I wish we could get you!!!!....
All it would take is an Instructor with some vision and the right "Zen" for a Resort setting, and we will "knock this out of the park".
