Opinions on the Aeris ION Reg for my 1st reg

Love mine and would recommed. Regarding the swivel- the ION did have a swivel on it. It was removed because it infinged on a patent of another manufacturer. I ordered the ION for that reason and when I got it with out the swivel I was disappointed and contacted Aries as I tend to believe that if the picture shows a feature- then you should get the feature- seems the LDS had given me old literature and ultimately put Milflex hoses on at their cost to make it right.

any comments about the lack of a swivel? I've dove before without a swivel and didn't notice it. In fact, I'm pretty sure the regulator is able to turn without one. Maybe a minor comfort issue, although a lot of great regs don't have swivels.

lp has the swivel, click on the aeris ion 400, then click on accesories, i think about $32..
