Opinion needed on new regulator package

I have a friend who is in search of a new regulator. A local shop where he lives has the following set on sale; however, I know nothing of the models in the package. He is a maybe 30 dive a year diver. Mostly open water on group trips and a few lake dives. Nothing daring, doesn't go real deep staying mostly above 80'.
