A friend is keen to complete her open water diving qualification in Mexico. She lives in Europe so the Caribbean coast would be easiest to access. Can anyone recommend a good venue?

Cozumel is my suggestion and with Blue Note Scuba. I suggest to complete the eLearning before arrival that way just the in-water training will be needed.
