Are there any besides Ginnie & Blue Grotto? Springs which allow Open Water divers and which have hot showers for warming up in between dives?
 
There is a reason why Blue Grotto charges an extortionate entry fee.

Devil's Den, near Blue Grotto, has showers, though I'm not sure if hot water.

Blue Springs in Orange City has hot showers you can walk to. Downside is the ranger doesn't allow diving between Nov and March
 
Vortex Spring on the panhandle. But costly as well.
