someone told me tonight that there was open water near St. Catherines. apparently they are running charters there. (I have no idea who "they" is, or where St. Catherines is.)

Yup jogged by there today and lots of ducks and geese paddling in the water. The bay is wide open now.

Actually I think it is more likely from the duck and geese 'cigars' around here. You know as the snow melts all that doggie and avian doo is washed into the bay making diving in that water not for those who might be concerned about some E. Coli in their regs! :crossboned33ps1x:
