i figured it'd be (anybody know for sure?).

I did Humber Bay once - they should really put a wreck in there or something to look at.......

Actually I think it is more likely from the duck and geese 'cigars' around here. You know as the snow melts all that doggie and avian doo is washed into the bay making diving in that water not for those who might be concerned about some E. Coli in their regs! :crossbone
