Too cool! Congrats on your first OW dives! I remember mine and I had that same PermaGrin! I thought it was so cool seeing all the big fish! I couldn't understand why everybody wasn't geinning at all the big fish too!!!

As to getting yourself out of the water -- get thyself to the gym during the week between dives and start strength training. Both the upper body as well as the lower body. You will use the upper body to pull yourself out as well as the lower body to give a couple of big kicks to give proplusion to get yourself up and out of the water.

Good luck and enjoy!

If there is no ladder, you should keep your fins and give a strong upward kick as you lift yourself onto the boat. It's more coordination than strength.

First off all this speed boat not supported for diving since it doesn't has a ladder. You need to work on you fitness and on other hand, the instructor loses his strength the pull that beauty from the water. So the problem no in you. The problem is in the instructor and in the boat, but just in case to face another instructor that can't resist your beauty you must depend on yourself. keep up your fitness.
