Check the fit. O'Neil is typically cut for the tall/thin body type. I
don't know about Henderson. I think the henderson is made of
such soft rubber it would fit anyone.

But check the price of a full custom suit. They should sell for about
$350. With custom they can fit you without resorting to using the soft neoprene. Custom suits can use a sturdier material that is less resistant to compression at depth and is therefor warmmer.

Can I get the J7000 custom made, with colors of my choice?

Thank you for the info

I dove mine yesterday 48 degrees, and had no problems. I have the Oneil 7000X J - Type Firewall Semi -Dry with the attached hood. I was very impressed with the suit. I have no experience with the Henderson. I bought mine at Scuba.com, where they are having a sale on them now. And I believe the only color in this type is black.

I have the Oneil 7000X J - Type Firewall Semi -Dry with the attached hood too. I can dive in 52 Degree water an not feel a thing. But that suit does not have all the sizing options. I needed medium short, but it did not come in that size. I'm doing a night dive on friday. Will check to see how cold it will be. The 2006 version is different than the 2005. The 06 is softer and a walking billboard for Oneill, 05 is more subtle, but stiffer.
I love mine.
