I can't read the text on the websote but I'm guessing that it's an attached hood. If so you can leave it back but.....
*I'm not sure how effective your neck seal will be. If you're diving sans hood then who cares right?
*The flapping hood may provide some odd drag.
*The hood could hinder valve access or other wise get entangled .
* In certain positions it might catch exhaust bubbles and get weird and buoyant.
If you can live with the above then I cay let the hair fly.
