There are times when you can't believe what a Company will do to keep thier customers happy......Well I for one am a very happy customer. I recently had an issue with my DS51 strobe. Karl said " just send it in". In less than 5 days I had it back in my hands, fully fixed and working beautifully.....This is the reason I will always buy from Ikelite....Customer service, Baby...Customer service.....

I've has several dealings with them over minor problems, caused by operator error. I'd have to rate them excellent or better.

And this is the reason they do it. If only other manufacturers would follow their example.
 
Really.....I mean what is so difficult about standing behind your products like Ikelite does.....I understand that sometimes things go wrong with products, but the companies that find fault with the customer instead of the product are so short sighted. This will lead to loud compaints on any forum that the client can sign on to.......Very counter productive.......
My momma used to say you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar......
