One day free for Sydney Dive- Yay or Nay?

FWIW, I've dived Shelly in summer in a 3mm and was cold. I normally dive it in a 5mm. In Dec I might still be using a thin hood and gloves. In winter I add a Frogskin long sleeve top.

I dive a 3mm in Sydneys summer. Maybe I don't feel the cooler temp as the next person. I'm comfortable enough in a 3mm from 19/20c or so upwards for a 40-60min+ dive.
