Are you in a dry suit? If so, as you get in the water, close the exhaust valve, add gas, lay face down and throw your arms forward/over your head until you can reach all your valves.

Update...put my buddy's Hollis wing on the same set and have concluded that the wing itself is way too "poofy" for me to reach. Thanks everyone foelr the help and i'll keep stretching!
