OMS Burst discs and seals?

I picked up a pair of OMS H valves that were freshly serviced and it turns out that whoever serviced them forgot to put the little seal behind the burst disc in one of them. Does anybody know where I can pick some of each up? Looking for HP (3500 service, 5250 Burst)
