I search to replace the part in red.

I search a place where i could get it.

Don't know if that item:

OmniSwivel High Flow Quick Disconnect System Fittings (QD M = 9/16 inch F)
or maybe this one
OmniSwivel Non-Locking SeaQuest Quick Release High Flow Adapter Set , Piranha Dive Shop |
