unscrew front bezel ? 
unscrew front bezel ?
Though it moves a little, I cannot unscrew it. There is a little cap by the front bezel, but I don't know how to open it.

can you take picture ? Maybe is some oring clamped or pinched over the thread ......have been threads lubricated with silicone grease ?

I could unscrew the front bezel with a pump pliers. Unfortunately the pliers left a mark in the plastic bezel
I don't know why it was so tightly screwed.
