Question for the OP if he happens to see this: In the picture of that angel fish, did you use photoshop or any other software to remove the color cast that may have been present? I have the Olympus SW 1030 and while I love it, it doesn't filter the blues and greens out by itself and I have to manually do so afterward. I was wondering if that was the case for the new versions of the camera or not.
I just bought an Oly 8000 and PT-045 housing for my daughter's first foray into underwater photography. I have a YS-90dx strobe that I'll give her to go with it.
Question, what settings are optimal for use of this strobe connected with fiber optic cable?
(My daughter is a 20 yr old college junior, taking a semester off to do a marine biology coral research project in Mexico - just north of Belieze. Yep, I'm a bit jealous.)
I have about 6 left, they are selling for $299, and I'm including a silicone skin for the camera.
