Is there any upgrades like a holder for a flashlight like ive seen on other housings?

You can get a hot shoe/cold shoe adapter for your PT-048 to hold a flashlight/focus light.

Mounting a focus light or a video light on the top of your underwater camera housing..

Yes, you could do this with a few Ultralight components, like this : Ultralight AC-CSL Long Clamp for Focus Light | Bluewater Photo & Video

You'd need a hot shoe adapter, long clamp, and light holder.
