older Seaquest back inflate BC question

I am thinking of picking up a used bc - Seaquest back inflate, says SEAQUEST in blue on the front of the cumberbun, (sp?), but it does not have a model number or name anywhere to be found. It has 4 large D rings, (two on each shoulder strap, lots of pockets, and what seems to be metal braces enclosed in nylon behind each of the shoulder straps. It is a single tank rig, 1 strap, standard bc inflator with two dumps, one on the bottom of each side, (rear). Anyone know if this is a decent bc, which model it may be, or what a ball park fair price would be. (one dump valve is leaking slightly out of water, but it seems like a simple fix, a weak spring.) Any input would be greatly appreciated, I'm new to diving, taking my certs this weekend, and I am planning on using this bc this weekend.
