This was brought to my attention by one of the medical personnel onboard ship. We have two older DAN O2 kits and the regs fall under this recall. We're replacing them and fortunately never had to use them.

The reason I'm posting this is that a lot of these regulators are fire hazards and might be showing up on ebay and craigslist in older DAN O2 Kits. The regs can be retrofitted and repaired.
I checked the regulator on a kit I bought at a marine flea market several years ago. It needs to be retrofitted.
