Robert Porter Instructor with Upstate Scuba will be taking a lake boat trip of divers to the Old Shallowford Bridge dive site that is in Lake Keowee SC. The top of the bridge is in 65 feet of water and the river channel below the bridge is 95 feet to 100 feet. This is a intact steel trust bridge. Nitrox and Tech divers are welcome. Trip will be two tank dives for $25. We will meet at the Upstate Scuba Store at 1pm. Call Upstate Scuba 864-653-3483 or email me at rescue2cop@gmail.com or PM here on scuba board if you are interested or have any questions. We will provide water, bananna's, chips, and other snacks and will have cooler space available if you wish to bring other food items.

To bad I will miss that trip.:depressed:I already have plans for that day. I tried to find the bridge last year while diving on Keowee and did not locate it. The depth finder died when we put the boat in the water.:shocked2:

Anybody been diving on it lately? If so, what was the water temps and vis like?

Thanks!

Those temps are not bad for that depth. What was the visibility like at the bridge?
